Having pale or dull complexion? Fret not! Here comes a perfect solution for you to add some colours to your cheek and make your entire look bloom with a natural yet lasting flush.
I presume all of you know what is the purpose of blush and know that it could applied with a blush brush at the apples of your cheeks. Alternatively, in this evolutionary cosmetic industry cheek tints that promises longer-lasting power while giving your skin that rosy cheeks as if you are blushing yourself are also popularly known in the market.
NARS has brought a new blush featuring the exclusive Translucent Prismatic Technology which allows for wet and dry use. Yes you guys did not read it wrongly, even though this blush combo appears to be in usual powder blush form it could be used in wet form for sheer glow finished which I personally love the idea of it as well as the conventional way.

Here are a few swatches for you guys, in every picture the

NARS Dual-Intensity Blush - FRENZY

Frankly speaking, aside from its packaging outlook and pretty colours, initially I turned out to dislike this product but then my perception towards it changes after I discovered the correct method to apply. At first I did it like how I use usual blushes, swirl the brush to get the products and tap off excess powder and then to the apples of the cheek. No matter how many times I did it the pigmentation does not seem to appeal which was why I was not impressed at first.
Magic happens when I dampen my fingers with water to get the products. As shown in the pictures above the colours were much more appealing and vibrant like watercolour and its intensity is of course better than powder blush and very closed to those cheek tints. However the finish will be slightly different, NARS Dual-Intensity Blush will dry to matte powdery finished while cheek tints usually feels as if nothing is on the cheeks.
Overall review
Although I do prefer the finished of cheek tints, I somehow find this compact packaging convenient to be brought on the go since the build in mirror is a plus and will definitely be very handy whenever you need it. Not only that but then besides using it as blush I also use it as eyeshadows and the darker colours to line my eyes on a light makeup day which cheek tints could not be used for.
What I like
Buidable intensity, compact, fine and pigmented, lasting
What I dislike
Combination of colours (prefer to have a shimmery + matte)
